Meenakshi's LIght Red Curry with Shrimp
(SF-10)
Plump shrimp poached directly in Meenakshi’s silky light red curry, where sweet tomato, roasted cashews, Sanam chile and fragrant kasuri methi create a warmly spiced sauce that tastes far richer than its light preparation suggests.
If it looks Craveworthy, we'll try it in our test kitchen. If it's good enough we'll publish it on our site and make sure you get the credit!

Kerry's Custom Ranch Fresh Liver Recipe
Bistro Liver & Lion’s Mane with Thyme‑Infused Onion Foundation
Recipe # MT-11
Our neighbor Kerry brough over some fresh liver form a friends cattle ranch, so I created this recipe for him. Even if you think you don’t like liver, this plate will change your mind.
Quick-seared, Sarawak-pepper-dredged liver lands on a slow, thyme-kissed onion foundation and is crowned with two mushroom textures—crispy, shatter-edged Lion’s Mane and glossy King Trumpet coins—plus shards of shatter-crisp bacon and a dark, spoonable sherry-onion jus.
Served with twice cooked smashed red potatoes and oven-charred then glazed carrots.
Definitely not diet food, even slimmed down, but it you want to splurge on something...
